Tell us the email associated with your Korvion account — manager or admin — and we’ll send a single-use link you can use to pick a fresh passphrase.

• We email a single-use link to the address on file — do this if the passphrase is the only thing you forgot
• The link expires in 30 minutes and is good for exactly one use
• We never store the plaintext link on the server — only its hash
